Having depression I can’t agree more withe the second part of this, doing British Military Fitness helps improve my mood a lot. I always feel great after a BMF session #fitness #excercise #BMF

I’m sorry but if running felt like the equivlent of eating a bag of Reese cups I’d exercise more. Get out with pretending its so fun. Dat shits a chore

illuminor-szeras-tesla Trust me I used to hate running, but ever since I started doing it with a group I’ve enjoyed more and more, plus the group I go to isn’t just about running so it’s not too bad. But like I said some days it’s not about whether or not it’s fun, it’s about how I’m feeling psychologically. I have days in my week where hours in computer labs and lecture theatres, and the last thing I want to do is go sit in front of another screen at home, so going for a run clears the cobwebs a bit. Plus it has helped when I’m feeling down, if I feel a bit of a bad spell, I’ve found that doing exercise and enjoying the company and the banter always cheers me up. I get it’s not for everyone but it’s helped me a hell of a lot recently mentally and physically, so I’m not going to knock it
